"Very disappointing service. I have called this office THREE separate times asking them to remove a totaled vehicle from my insurance policy, and it still has not been removed. The vehicle has been totaled and is no longer in my possession, yet after 15 days they still have not taken care of something that should be very simple. When they were adding the vehicle to my policy, it took them about 5 minutes. Now that I need a totaled vehicle removed, I have been calling repeatedly for over two weeks with no resolution. I should not have to call three times and keep following up for the same basic request. This is unacceptable customer service and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this office based on my experience."
